Best Realtor in the UNIVERSE!!! We've bought a few properties in the past in other states and those realtors were so-so but I honestly didn't see a lot of value in even having a realtor. Until we met Pam!!! She stuck with us trying to buy during the housing crash then finally now when we're able to buy, she helped us find something we could actually afford. She was tireless in showing us places, did all the footwork, assisted us in endlessly analyzing the pros/cons of each place and then she was like a bulldog negotiating for us while also being realistic about the market. She's super responsive and thinks of all the steps in advance and lays them out for you in detail. She follows up and never lets things fall through the cracks.
